Hi there! My name is Juanita McCarthy and I am the creator of the More than Motherhood program. I am the host of the More Than Motherhood Podcast and a mother of two, with a passion for helping women like you reclaim their identities and find balance in their lives as mothers.

I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate motherhood while also trying to maintain a sense of self and purpose. That's why I created the More than Motherhood program, to provide a supportive and empowering community for women to rediscover themselves and redefine what motherhood means to them.

I believe that every woman has the right to be more than just a mother, to have the space and freedom to pursue their passions and live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
